I discovered my passion for setting up cafes while working for a major company. I poured my heart and soul into perfecting my skills and developing a deep love for the industry. It was during this time that I met my partner in life and business, who saw my talent and encouraged me to follow my dreams of owning a cafe.
Together, we worked tirelessly to make our dream a reality. We wanted to create a space where every customer would feel welcomed and cherished. After years of planning, hard work, and attention to detail, we finally opened the doors to our cozy little spot “The Hill Café”.
Today, we work as a family. My long-lasting friend Siomara takes care of the kitchen, bringing her years of experience and expertise to every dish she prepares. My son and his girlfriend are always on hand to greet and help customers, making every visit to our cafe feel like a visit with friends.
We take pride in sourcing the finest ingredients and preparing each dish with care and attention to detail. Every cup of coffee and every bite of food is made with love and passion, and we believe that this dedication shines through in everything we do.
